Welcome to AgentShare (agentshare.dev). By accessing or using our API and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our API, website, or any service under the agentshare.dev domain constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you use our API on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AgentShare provides an API-first data platform for autonomous agents and developers. Our primary product surface is Solana DeFi intelligence (e.g. Meteora DLMM briefs and pool detail) alongside a secondary commerce procurement module (marketplace prices and offers). We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or real-time availability of any data.

3. DeFi / Trading Disclaimer

Informational purposes only. Content generated by our API/MCP tools does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You and your autonomous agents are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and on-chain actions. Markets are volatile; use at your own risk.

4. Vietnam Notice

This service is not intended for users located in Vietnam. If you access the service from Vietnam (including via VPN or other technical measures), you assume all legal responsibility under local law.

Lưu ý về Việt Nam: Sản phẩm không nhắm tới người dùng tại Việt Nam. Nếu vẫn truy cập từ Việt Nam (kể cả qua VPN hoặc các biện pháp kỹ thuật khác), bạn tự chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm pháp lý theo quy định địa phương.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

We are a participant in affiliate programs. AgentShare is an affiliate partner of Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and other marketplaces (including Tiki, Shopee, Lazada via Accesstrade). Product URLs in our API responses may contain affiliate tracking links. When users make purchases through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to the buyer. This helps us sustain and improve our service. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the order or ranking of results in our API.

6. Account and Security

To use our API, you must obtain an API key. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API key confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your API key.
• Not sharing, selling, or exposing your API key to third parties.

If you suspect your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] to revoke and regenerate it.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the API for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Send requests at a rate that exceeds your plan limits or causes system overload.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our data sources or infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage our API data as a competing price comparison API without our prior written consent.
• Use the API to scrape, harvest, or build a competing product database.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

8. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

We offer free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Payment: Payments are processed via PayPal, VNPay, or bank transfer. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for inquiries.

9. Intellectual Property

Our API, website, logo, documentation, and all related materials are the property of AgentShare. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of your applications and data; we do not claim rights to your integrations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

• Data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Third-party marketplaces will always be accessible.

We may suspend the API for maintenance, security, or operational reasons with reasonable notice when feasible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email (if provided) or by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
